Scope of Services
AMS Global Freight Pte. Ltd. provides freight forwarding, logistics coordination, and related transportation support services for domestic and international cargo movements. Services may include air freight, sea freight, customs coordination, cargo consolidation, local transportation arrangements, warehousing coordination, and other logistics-related support services depending on operational requirements and service availability.
AMS operates primarily as a freight forwarding and logistics coordination company and may engage third-party carriers, transportation providers, customs agents, warehouse operators, and logistics partners in the execution of shipments and related services. Service availability may vary depending on shipment type, destination, regulatory requirements, carrier schedules, and operational conditions.

Shipment Information & Documentation
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely shipment information and supporting documentation required for transportation, customs processing, regulatory compliance, and operational coordination. This may include cargo descriptions, shipment values, dimensions, weight, packaging details, permits, invoices, packing lists, declarations, and any other documents required by applicable authorities or service providers.
AMS Global Freight Pte. Ltd. shall not be responsible for delays, additional charges, shipment disruptions, penalties, or operational issues arising from incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misleading information or documentation provided by the customer. Customers are expected to ensure that all submitted information complies with applicable laws, regulations, and shipping requirements.
AMS Global Freight Pte. Ltd. shall not be responsible for delays, additional charges, shipment disruptions, penalties, or operational issues arising from incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misleading information or documentation provided by the customer. Dangerous Goods & Restricted Cargo
Customers are required to accurately declare any dangerous goods, hazardous materials, restricted items, temperature-sensitive cargo, or regulated shipments prior to transportation. All dangerous goods shipments must comply with applicable transportation, safety, customs, and regulatory requirements, including relevant carrier and international shipping regulations.
AMS Global Freight Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse, suspend, return, or cancel any shipment that is prohibited, improperly declared, insufficiently documented, unsafe for transportation, or non-compliant with applicable laws or operational requirements. Customers may be responsible for any additional costs, penalties, delays, damages, or liabilities arising from undeclared, misdeclared, or non-compliant cargo.
AMS Global Freight Pte. All freight rates, quotations, estimates, and service proposals provided by AMS Global Freight Pte. Ltd. are based on the shipment information available at the time of inquiry and are subject to operational review, carrier availability, space allocation, applicable surcharges, and regulatory requirements.
Freight charges may vary due to factors including but not limited to fuel surcharges, carrier rate adjustments, customs inspections, peak season conditions, port or airport congestion, changes in shipment specifications, duties and taxes, or additional handling requirements. AMS reserves the right to revise quotations or apply additional charges where operational conditions, shipment details, or external factors differ from the original information provided by the customer.

Any transit times, delivery schedules, estimated arrival dates, or shipment timelines provided by AMS Global Freight Pte. Ltd. are estimates only and are subject to change based on operational, carrier, customs, regulatory, weather, and other external conditions beyond the company’s reasonable control.
AMS does not guarantee specific delivery dates or transit durations unless expressly agreed in writing. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, port or airport congestion, carrier scheduling changes, force majeure events, regulatory procedures, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. AMS shall not be held responsible for losses, damages, or business interruptions resulting from shipment delays outside its direct operational control.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their shipments comply with all applicable import, export, customs, trade, security, and regulatory requirements in the countries of origin, transit, and destination. This includes obtaining any required permits, licenses, approvals, declarations, or certifications related to the shipment of goods.
Any customs duties, taxes, inspection fees, penalties, storage charges, demurrage, detention, or other government-imposed costs associated with the shipment shall remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. While AMS Global Freight Pte. Ltd. may assist in customs coordination and documentation processes, the company does not guarantee customs clearance outcomes, approvals, or regulatory decisions made by authorities or third-party agencies.

Claims & Disputes
Any claims relating to shipment loss, damage, shortage, delay, or service-related disputes must be reported to AMS Global Freight Pte. Ltd. in writing within a reasonable period after delivery or the occurrence of the issue. Customers may be required to provide supporting documentation, photographs, invoices, delivery records, inspection reports, or other relevant information necessary for claim review and investigation.
AMS will review reported claims in coordination with relevant carriers, service providers, or operational partners where applicable. Submission of a claim does not automatically constitute acceptance of liability by AMS, and all claims shall be assessed based on the nature of the shipment, supporting evidence, applicable service arrangements, and operational circumstances.
